The challenge
While the platform provided deep and valuable data, the experience was not optimized for real-world use.
Coaches were exposed to:
Complex dashboards with little hierarchy
Risk scores without clear recommendations
High cognitive load in time-sensitive environments
As a result, critical insights were difficult to act on during training or matches.

A simplified main dashboard focused on key metrics like recovery rate, risk levels, and weekly trends
AI Training Assistant
An LLM-based assistant that translates data into personalized training and recovery recommendations
Dual player view
Combination of structured lists and a visual pitch view for faster situational awareness
iPad-first redesign
Optimized layout for tablet use with side panels and minimal navigation friction
